At the Public Sector Transformation Summit 2009 a 14 strong group of leading organisations, which included the likes of The Professional Planning Forum, IBM, Grant Thornton, Service Birmingham and The Project Network, actively supported the event and gained real value for money and returns from their investment.

Transformation in the Public Sector is undoubtedly reliant on forging close working relationships through partnerships and this event has already established itself in the annual events calendar as an excellent opportunity to meet with the key decision makers and purse holders.

By sponsoring or exhibiting at the Public Sector Transformation Summit 2010 you will be presenting your company or organisation at the forefront of the modernisation agenda.  Furthermore, you will demonstrate your organisation's desire to take the agenda on to the next stage, to the people that you will need to engage with to make that happen.

We offer a series of different sponsorship packages, ranging from Diamond Sponsorship with maximum exposure to our exhibition package which provides an excellent platform for interacting with the delegates.

We believe that each company has different expectations and objectives when they approach events, and we will always do our best to meet them.

If you would like to seize this opportunity to propel your company or alternatively concrete your company's position in this fluid and emerging marketplace through sponsorship and exhibition opportunities, please contact:

“Change itself is easy.  Its resistance to change which causes pain” Seneca

Sustainable Organisational change happens when a critical mass of effective attitudes and behaviours is achieved. Interactive Theatre combined with Expresso Seminars is the most effective way we know of generating this critical mass. Formed 13 years ago, Yes And Training Ltd specialises in delivering sustainable, large scale, culture change programmes for organisations in the public and private sector using interactive theatre, 90 minute Expresso Seminars and support media such as video and interactive graphic guides.

Its bespoke, highly interactive training programmes enable organizations to get real buy-in, quickly and cost effectively across their entirety and can be applied to issues as diverse as internal & external customer service, silo mentalities, effective meeting structures, addressing sickness absence, creative problem solving and how to make a private/public partnership successful. Clients past and present include Birmingham City Council, Sandwell Metropolitan Council, Transport for London, Tower Hamlets Homes, Tower Hamlets Primary Care Trust, Newcastle City Council, Gateshead Council, Sandwell MBC, McKinsey & Co and Google.

More details can be found at its website www.yesandtraining.com or by contacting Ben Freedman by email ben@yesandtraining.com or by telephone on 0207 193 0836 & 07989 407220.

Technology Store is demonstrating TellyTalk, a software package that converts high quality videoconferencing into a transactional based, mediated service enabling the delivery of the face to face strategy into existing community buildings and libraries, while centralising the specialist staff.

The key benefits are the cost savings generated by the reduction in the number of specialist One Stop Shops, or delivery where a local office cannot be justified, and the better utilisation of scarce, staffing resources.

The policy defence is that the system enables the delivery of more Public and Voluntary Sector services into the community.

The system has proven very popular with the public. Lancashire C.C. has registered 5000 users in 12 months and was shortlisted for the Govt Computing Customer Services Award, 2009.

The new developments include the software version for the home based, enfranchised customer.
